Getting to Know Jay Eisenstadt and other Management Team of Esplanade Capital


As the property acquisitions and management firm that is mostly sought after by many investors, Esplanade Capital Intelligent Investing has definitely made it big in the business industry today. The investors who are inclined to use the services of the company are not even the beginners in property investments, but the most seasoned ones. This is because they are the ones who are aware of the sophisticated decision making that needs to be done when it comes to determining what properties are worth investing in. His responsibilities now include risk management, insurance coverage and liability asset protection, and other issues that are related to claims.
     Joseph Kaufman- the VP for finance oversees operations such as budgeting, cost control, profit and loss projections, and analysis.
